My editorial ethos:

Hi! I’m Audra Figgins, and I believe that books are a uniquely human endeavor.

True works of art cannot be created or edited artificially, and you deserve an editor who sees your vision, believes in it just as much as you do, and has the goods to help you take that big idea to the next level.

You can connect with your ideal audience. You can get that book deal. Your ideas can change the world.

My editing approach is rooted in inclusivity—supporting writers of all backgrounds, genres, and experiences to create books that reflect the richness of our world.

Let’s discover your next step.

What clients say:

What kind of editing are you looking for?

I like to say each project is its own kind of Frankenstein’s monster and needs its own unique magic to be tamed and brought to life. Whether this is your first or hundredth writing project, I meet you where you’re at and help you create a polished, professional work.

About Audra

I was that little girl reading at the dinner table, in the car, and on the ski lift, a book (or two or three!) with me wherever I went.

Little did I know that my lifelong love of books would lead to a career in creating them! The experiences I’ve had in this industry—from working at a bookstore to learning the ropes at a traditional indie publisher to working for myself—have been an honor.

Learn a bit more about me and how I can help you make your book unforgettable.
